AutoPly offers pre-cut insulation kits with self-adhesive backing for vans, RVs, work trucks, and other applications. AutoPly kits are ready to install and made to fit specific vehicle models. Our peel-and-stick application process ensures ease of installation, low labor costs, and no hassles with chemical adhesives or setup times.
Kits are available in ½ inch and 1 inch material thicknesses.
FiberPly™ is a non-woven polyester fabric with a low-VOC adhesive and paper backing. It is odorless, allergy-free, contains no fiberglass, is recyclable, and resists mildew and bacteria. Its bicomponent polyester fibres also give excellent sound absorption. FiberPly is available in ½-inch (R2) and 1-inch (R4+) thicknesses.
DiamondPly™ 1.0 is built on the same polyester core as FiberPly, with a reinforced diamond-pattern surface that resists punctures, wear, and tearing. That durable facing lets DiamondPly act as both insulation and a finished interior liner, often removing the need for separate panelling.
Both materials are made in the USA and meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard FMVSS 302 and Canadian Safety Standard CMVSS 302.
Insulation patterns are organized and packed into gaylord boxes by ceiling sets, left side sets, and right side + rear door sets. Each set is separated by a paper sheet for ease of identification during the installation process.
Every kit is precision CNC-cut and pre-seamed for peel-and-stick installation — no chemical adhesives or setup time. Each piece is printed with an alphanumeric code on the release paper that marks its exact position on the vehicle, and every kit ships with a vehicle-specific installation schematic.
Installation tip: for upper and lower wall pieces, mist the adhesive with 71–90% isopropyl alcohol so pieces slide into place around wall structures. The adhesive bonds once the alcohol evaporates.
