FiberPly™

A non-woven polyester fabric with low-VOC adhesive and paper backing. Odorless, allergy-free, contains no fiberglass, is recyclable, and resists mildew and bacteria.

Meets Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 302 (FMVSS 302) and Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (CMVSS). Made in the USA and Buy America compliant. Bicomponent polyester fibers provide excellent sound absorption.

A durable, high-performance insulation liner for commercial vehicles, vans, and work trucks.     I'd say off the hop that it's by far easier to install than most of the other leading products out there. Previously in a Ram ProMaster camper build I used 3M Thinsulate, which meant contact spray adhesive, measuring, cutting, and praying it lined up on the first shot. The AutoPly is precut to size and the peel-and-stick adhesive makes for quick work — no mess, no over-spray, no templates, and it gives you a chance to reposition if it's not lined up right. I noticed immediately less road noise and heat transfer through the van's walls and ceiling.

Can I buy just part of a kit, or individual pieces?

Pre-cut pieces are only sold as complete kits — we can't break a kit apart or cut pieces to order. If you only need to cover part of your van, you have two options:

  • Buy bulk material and cut it yourself to any size you need.
  • Choose a smaller kit — ceiling-only and ceiling-plus kits cover less of the vehicle at a lower price than a full kit.

What if I only want to do the ceiling?

We offer smaller-coverage kits for exactly that. Ceiling Only kits cover the roof panels. Ceiling Plus kits add the upper side panels and doors, and are designed for vans that already have factory side paneling installed.

Coverage and piece count are listed on every product page, so check the kit contents before ordering.

Should I choose 1/2-inch or 1-inch?

Most kits come in both thicknesses. 1-inch gives higher thermal performance and more sound absorption — the better choice for camper conversions, cold climates, and anyone living or sleeping in the vehicle. 1/2-inch takes up less interior space and costs less, which suits work vans, cargo vans, and builds where you're adding paneling over top.

Thickness is part of the SKU, so make sure you've selected the one you want before checkout.

How do I make sure I order the right kit for my van?

Kits are cut for a specific make, wheelbase, and roof height — for example a 136″ high roof ProMaster is a different kit from a 136″ low roof. Check all three against your vehicle before ordering, and confirm your model year falls within the range shown on the product page.

Crew van and passenger configurations use different kits than empty cargo vans. If you're unsure, contact us with your year, model, wheelbase, and roof height and we'll confirm the correct part number.

What's in a kit and how does it install?

Every piece arrives pre-cut and labelled with an alphanumeric code showing exactly where it goes on the vehicle, and the self-adhesive backing is pre-seamed for peel-and-stick application. No spray adhesive, no templates, no measuring.

Surfaces need to be clean and dry. Installed material handles -40°F to 250°F. Each product page links to the install schematic for that kit.
