PHP Heater Warranty

DK Smith International Trade Inc. (DKSI) and its brand Parking Heater Products (PHP) warrant PHP heaters against defects in material and workmanship for two years. Warranty coverage begins on the date of installation or the date of purchase, whichever is shown on the invoice, and may not exceed 3 years from DKSI's original date of sale. Registering your product extends coverage to 3 years.

Coverage is 24 months or 2,000 total hours of operation, whichever comes first. Replacement parts are covered for 12 months or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.

Within the warranty period, DKSI will, at its discretion, repair or replace parts demonstrated to be defective in material or workmanship.

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear of service parts, including filters and fuses
• Modification by alteration, use of incompatible parts, or repair by unauthorized personnel
• Damage in transit — file these claims with the carrier
• Improper installation
• Deterioration from abuse, corrosion, improper storage, or lack of maintenance
• Incidental or consequential damages

How to File a Claim

Claims can be processed through your PHP dealer, or directly with our warranty administrator by phone or email. Approved claims are credited to the submitting dealer. End users who register their product receive warranty replacement parts at no charge, shipped prepaid.

This warranty is non-transferable. DKSI disclaims liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. Some provinces and states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by state or province. DKSI may modify these terms without prior notice to comply with applicable law.
