Orders are processed within 24 hours and ship Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. All orders ship from Mississauga, Ontario or Dallas, Texas. Delivery is 2–5 business days after shipment.
DKSI Return Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at help@dksi.com with your order number and we'll provide a return label. Once we've received your return, we'll issue a refund.
